Sail panels are required for all races, regrdless of wind or weather conditions.

MC Class Wind Guidelines:
For the MC Class only  -  No race will be started if the wind is gusting over 23mph, or if in
progress, the race will be abandoned if two gusts over 25 mph are recorded.
